Sounds crazy, but I never practice what I preach. I TEACH. Here is my advice or ‘Tip of the Month’. For every selection of wine you make…just hide 3 to 6 bottles of wine. You will thank me. When you open a wine that is 3 or 6 months old…giddy-up. You will see the difference. SO…. hide some bottles every time you bottle. Trust me, you will be happy. I have had the good fortune of a couple people actually giving me bottles of wine that are far older than mine. And when I taste them I feel most fortunate that they shared. So here is the tip:HIDE 3 to 6 BOTTLES of wine EVERY time you bottle.

I usually hide them at my Mothers in Laws. LOL
