1. Fill your wine bottle with hot water. Do not get the label wet. Let stand for a few seconds or more.

2. Then peel off the wine label.

3. Then rinse the bottle again 3-4 times to ensure cleanliness.

This will keep the sticky residue from the label from adhering to the bottle. Simply put, the hot water changes the temperature of the adhesive and makes it stick to the label rather than the bottle.
